OVERVIEW
I had the opportunity to intern as a Product Designer on Nutshell’s Product Team. I was able to conduct a Heuristic Evaluation of users’ trial experience, develop competitive analyses and QAs for 2 projects: Timelines and Forms, prototype new Forms editor features, and document design specifications.
My day to day tasks included consulting customer service and engineers, brainstorming and prototyping within biweekly sprints, and testing and approving PRs on GitHub.

PROTOTYPES
Major Contributions: relocated After Submissions panel from main Forms page to within Forms editor, added Direct Downloads feature
CHALLENGES
Copywriting was the most difficult for me to grasp; I learned to maintain a persuasive tone that is consistent with the overall product.
SURPISES
I grew fond of Figma and Notion!
FAVORITE MOMENTS
Brainstorming on huge whiteboard wall in the office was fun. It’s helpful to talk design out loud with others.
